Salad season is upon us and we're loving these flavorful gorgeous greens 🍅🥗🍋🫒

Romaine, cucumber, tomato, avocado, red pepper, pickled onion, cilantro, leftover chicken, kalamata olives, cilantro, sunflower seeds.

Dressing -- Sicilian olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, sea salt.

Homemade dumplings! A labor of love but well worth the effort. So delicious and light 🥟🌶️🧄🌱

The deets:

▫️Super thin Hong Kong style dumpling wrappers.

▫️ Filling -- ground chicken, Chinese chives, garlic, ginger, Napa cabbage, sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper, red chili.

▫️Method -- wrap dumplings by hand. Sear for a couple of minutes in a little oil, then add water and cover to steam for ~10 minutes.

▫️ Dipping sauce -- rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, scallion.

▫️Chili crisp for topping a must! 🌶️🔥

Steamed broccoli hit with garlic ginger oil (sauteed for 3 minutes), then tossed with soy sauce, sesame seeds and chili crisp.

Super flavorful, comes together quickly and healthy to boot.
